I will be going to Italy in 2 weeks and would like to know the best way to reserve admission for the Vatican Museums and the Uffizi Gallery. Any suggetions and/or info?

Additionally the Florence Booking Service (that's what you're entering from Weekend Firenze site) also allows you to purchase advance tickets for several other museums in Florence.

I believe that the doors to the Vatican museums open at 8:45am. We got in line at 8am and were among the first to get in. I highly recommend that. By the time we got out, the line was extremely long.
