Vacation in Paris rentals and keys

Hey,

Anyone out there who has rented an apartment from Vacation in Paris know if you can get more than one set of keys for the rental or do they automatically give you an extra set.

Just wondering...have a group of four traveling at the end of November and we may not all want to do the same things at the same time...2 sets of keys would be helpful.

I plan on calling VIP tomorrow, but was just wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with this type of situation.

Thanks in advance...

Mike

Have rented from Vacation in Paris several times and while they send one set of keys, there is usually another set in the apartment that you leave upon your departure. Not positive, your best bet would be to give them a call.
Enjoy your trip and the apartment.

For anyone else wondering about this, I just called Vacation in Paris.

I was told that they mail you one set of keys and there is another set of "house" keys in the apartment that you leave there when you depart.

I just got back from using a VIP rental. We had only one set of keys--the house set in the apartment. It was explained to us that we would have had a second set but because we left the US almost two months before our rental, they couldn't mail us a 2nd set. I accept this but thought the local contact might have been able to furnish a second set but no luck. Minor annoyance it what was otherwise a very positive experience.

My experience with VIP is as they stated - an extra set in the apartment. Side note - I was very pleased with their apartment and overall service - enjoy!

Yes extra set in apartment. They are totally great to deal with! Make sure you leave the extra set there. You will get your key deposit back as soon as they receive the keys, no holdups at all!
