I haven't stayed there or with VIP but people speak highly of the agency as a rule. I do remember seeing this apartment before though. Have you done a search here for reviews? I have a memory that it has been discussed.
It's a nice looking unit in a good location. Ask VIP for references . . . I'm sure they'd be happy to provide them.

Apparently it books far in advance. Which is not surprise.
