I agree you are doing all the right things. I suspect the reasons the dairy bothers you are related to the proteins. Several options there.

I think it is worth the effort. Migraines are crummy but they are non lifethreatening. And it's nice not to be so imprisoned by food limitations.

Iím convinced the US is doing it wrong

I cannot agree more with this post. Itís as if, I wrote it myself. I had the exact same experiences living in the US vs. Ireland. Was constantly sick from dairy, almost cut it out completely. Then moved to Ireland and was scarfing down blocks of cheese like it was my job, issue free. I donít know the health codes in America vs. Europe but it was always startling that their eggs were on the shelf, thought that was a bad thing. Until my symptoms disappeared after eating dairy. Then I was all aboard the America is poisoning me train.

Has anyone on this thread defined exactly what "dairy" consists of for themselves? IOW does it include any and everything bovine?

I also tend to avoid beef that is not from grass-fed (and finished) cows, but the ill effects from meat are less than those from products made from milk.

There are so many independent variables in "products made from milk." and their effects. Quite a study.
