urgent paris metro question about Sunday schedules
Hi all. We are wanting to get to Gare St Lazare at 9 for a train to Bayeux tomorrow morning. We decided to take the metro out of Marbillon in the 6th. Is there a way to check out what time the metro starts running on Sunday mornings? Is it limited or should be the same. The connection is Sevres-babylon station. Anyone know where I could find this info??? Thanks all.

Agree bus is not a bad option, especially if you have bags. Nice view of the River as you ride across. However, the answer to your question is on the Metro site: http://www.ratp.fr/
The hours are on the French language part of the website, but the logic of the website is easy so that you can navigate it without knowledge of French.

Thanks. We'll go down to the station and hope that one comes soon after 7 am. Do you think it should be a problem to get to St. Lazare by 8:45 or so?
Robespierre, where do we pick up bus 95? I don't know anything about the bus system. We have taken a taxi, Batobus and metro to the Eiffel Tower which took us about 20 minutes to figure out the connections.
Oye, we are dummies here...but having a great time.

The area around Mabillion is on this plan:
http://www.ratp.info/orienter/f_plan...;loc=quartiers
The bus stop is on the east side of Rue Bonaparte outside the St-Germain church. Make sure the sign says "Direction Porte de Montmartre."
You will alight at the 11th stop, as shown here:

Don't forget to ask your hotel staff - they probably ride the bus frequently - I bet you'll make the trip in just about 30 min on a Sunday morning - metro or bus. I wouldn't start your journey any earlier than 7:45. Also, when at the train station, make sure you validate your ticket. Just watch what the locals do and follow their lead. - - Anyway, the above links to the ratp systgem have been quite easy to use in my experience - I hope they help.
