urgent help! salzburg to cesky krumlov, prague and to vienna

urgent help! salzburg to cesky krumlov, prague and to vienna
We( 2 adults with 2 kids of 6/4yrs) are planning to travel to the above destinations and wondering how best (economically) to travel from Salzburg to the other destinations.
I have got the following quotes for private transfer from salzburg to CK, and then the following day trf from CK to prague (as we are spending one night there).
mike chauffeurs - CZK 9200
shuttlebus.cz - CZK 7680 for private trf.
any one else who have used the private trf from shuttlebus.cz, would love some feed back.
I know that mike is the more popular option for pvt trf on the forum but so much more costly!!
Another option I would like to explore is to get a car from salzburg and to drive to CK, then on to prague and back to austria border to drop off the car and then use our Austria 3 day train pass to take the train to vienna. (there is a huge drop off charge if you drop off car in prague)..but what would the car drop off point in austria be to catch the train to vienna? need to check the cost.
is this a practical option to explore..i see that most on the forum take a shuttle or pvt transfer than driving themselves.
is it best to opt for the pvt transfer?

Train Salzburg to Ceske Krumlov, check times at www.oebb.at (but it won't sell a ticket online, so buy at the station).
