Time of year doesn't really matter.
In April of this year we spent (in dollars) 790. About 250 of that was wine & champagne. The year before we spent about 600. But then we're not know for choosing the least expensive menu items. ;-)
Oddly, the fish dishes usually cost more than the meat. You can keep it around 300 if you watch what you order.
They normally don't have a prix fixe menu but they may have one at Christmas.

The price we paid four years ago is y not relevent now. The dollar was much stronger then. I believe we paid $80 a piece- girlfriend and I. We went for lunch and that was a big saver. Had the price-fixed. Food was some of the best I have ever had and the service was excellent- friendly, professional and not stuffy. Probably worth twice the price! One of those once in a lifetime memories. You just want to close your eyes and try to remember every morsel and detail of this lovely restaurant. I am in the business in SF.
