Tuscany to Rome transportation

In September there will be four of us needing to travel from Montisi to Rome and back to Montisi the next day. Does anyone have a suggestion for a car service? We prefer this to the train which takes longer and requires a transfer. Thank you for any recommendations you may have!

www.hillsandroads.com is good. They are out of Siena. I suspect that it will be expensive, since they would be returning to their home base the first day and then would have to return to Rome again the second day. Of course, that would apply to any driver.

I also think this would be very expensive.

Won't you have a car while you're in Montisi? With a car, you could drive to Chiusi (under an hour) and take the train from there to Rome (under 2 hours, no change).

Thanks

Train definitely costs less. That’s probably what we’ll do. Thanks.
