The copper pot shop is on Via dell Opio nel corso, and his workshop is at Pzzetta del Teatro. Both are at the southern end of the town (up the hill).
They have some amazing stuff. My wife bought one of their handmade pieces.
My nephew who lived in Rome for 3 years bought all of his cookware from his shop. He was missing one piece from his set, and I went by and ordered it for him to ship back to the States. If you're in the area, it's worth a look. His pieces are handmade and unique.
My wife looked at a piece all week, and when she went back to buy it, it was gone.
