Hi Everyone,

Here is my proposed Tuscany itinerary. I'm staying two nights just outside San Gim and 3 nights at La Saracina in the Pienza area.

1. Drive from Lake Garda. See Pisa & Voltera
2. San Gim and parts of Chianti
3. Siena, Montepulciano
4. Pienza, Val D Ocia, San Quirico, Sant Antimo, Monticiello
Depart Tuscany and fly home from FCO

Do you have any suggestions and modifications? Also should I see Chianti (if so where) or replace it with Siena to make day four better?

We spent five nights in Tuscany last August. However, we drove from florence and used Montalcino as a base. Visited Sienna, Sant Antimo and all the surrounding wineries as a couple of small towns in between. I'm not a big fan of moving hotels from night to night - just my preference. On the way back to Florence, we stopped in Pisa.

For 5 nights, we have two hotels. Not terrible....
