We just finished a similar search. Although we didn't end up reserving there, San Fabiano looks to be a fabulous place. Large estate with 4-5 apts to choose from. We ended up deciding to stay further north, but had we not, we'd likely be renting this place. We did lots of researching and this place appealed to us greatly. Very well located.

My husband and I stayed at this vineyard in Tuscany for part of our honeymoon in 2002, we loved every minute of it. Whenever we go back to Italy we will most definitely stay here again!!
