Tuscan Cooking schools
Can anyone help me on Tuscan Cooking schools? I've been searching the web and at this point I am exhausted. One that sounds great is IL Podere. Anyone ever stay there?

Here is one with a variety of options. They also make some of the best olive oil I've ever had...I first tasted it at Cibreo in Florence and it was a revelation:
