Tuscan Cooking schools

Can anyone help me on Tuscan Cooking schools? I've been searching the web and at this point I am exhausted. One that sounds great is IL Podere. Anyone ever stay there?
Help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I think they do a cooking school at the Villa Belvedere outside Colle Val d'Elsa. Wonderful place to stay too.

Thank you. Actually I think I stayed there about 5 years ago and I loved it! I didn't know that had cooking lessons.

Do you want a one-day course or one that lasts longer?

Here is one with a variety of options. They also make some of the best olive oil I've ever had...I first tasted it at Cibreo in Florence and it was a revelation:

Capezzana looks wonderful. The dates don't work for me. I'm looking to go 9/23-29 for a 4 or 6 day glass.
Thanks for your help.

Babss: How about this? They, too, make amazing oils:
