Hi, I am heading to Turkey in mid-July and am seeking to take the Dogu Express (Doğu Ekspresi) from Ankara to Kars. I understand that those lines were closed in Feb-April, but the rail travel restrictions seemed to be easing by May. Is there any update as of July 2021? Are the train-lines between Ankara and Kars running again, or is it still an unknown?
