We need a lot more information!
Europe is a big place. Which countries are you considering? When are you planning on travelling? What sort of budget are you thinking of? How do you plan to get around - hire car, train bike walk? What exactly do you mean by a more natural trip?
Once we have some more information we can help you.

You need to give way more information.

How much time do you have? What are your interests? Do you want cities or countryside? Do you prefer staying in one place for a while or would you rather be on the move? What mode of travel will you use?

Have you thought about buyin a travel guide such as Rick Steves' "Best of Europe" or "The Idiot's Guide to Europe"?

Reading guide books might help you refine your questions.

Maybe you can recommend car hire company, with which can travel outside of Austria?

I suggest you start a new thread asking about Austria with details of what you want to see, how much you want to spend and questions about car hire. Tag it Austria and you will get more answers that will be of help to you.

You will find guide books to Austria in your local bookstore, library or at an online bookstore such as Amazon.
