Trip Reports

For those of you who enjoy reading about the adventures of others throughout Germany I invite you to check out four new journals on my Trip Reports page. Lots of pictures included - but I now display them in small thumbnail size (clickable to larger versions) so as not to slow down your computer and access. The four new reports are from the September/October 2003 timeframe and for the most part take place in Bavaria and the Black Forest. The authors are all members of our Stammtisch group so there is quite alot written about our recent Stammtisch gathering in the little village of Urach in the Schwarzwald. If you are planning a trip to Germany you might pick up some travel tips. If you are a veteran traveler to that part of the world you might like reading about places you have visited yourself. Hope you enjoy... (PS - if you don't care for the music there is an on/off switch at the top of each page.) Ben

I quickly checked out the site. Have not really read in detail.

Appears to be legit and not an advertising ploy.

Thanks for the info.

Myer, Ben is definitely legit. He's been posting on Fodors for a long time. His knowledge about Bavaria is a great asset to this forum.

An advertising ploy? Oh brother.

Ben - I've been working on two reports for your site - will have them to you soon.

I realize this is an old post but I am unable to access bavariaben's website. Is it still up or has it relocated. I would like to read his trip reports and other advice on Bavaria. Thanks.

kc3305, I just tried and was able to access the url ben listed in the original post. Give it another shot perhaps?

Even so, consider reposting your question asking for input on Bavaria. This thread has a very generic title and will likely be overlooked.
