I apologize Mina. I took Jade's post as a serious one, now that I read more of it I see that it is entertaining in a comic way. I see now that it is kind of like the adventures of two Aussies.
Nevermind. Go on Jade.

I loved your report Jade - thank you for going to so much trouble! As a fellow Aussie I appreciate your sense of humour (which I can only assume was taken a little too literally by some people???) I can't wait till I get to POsitano some day - it sounds breathtaking!
Cheers...

Your Blue Grotto experience had me laughing hard. We experienced it exactly the same way! I am sure that for the majority of visitors, this is the way they experienced it. We also just, 'had to do it'.

It is comforting in a certain way to know that we weren't the only ones who found it hugely dissapointing. The Blue Grotto is indeed the 'gondola experience' of Capri.

Thank you for your report. It has been a lot of fun to read!
Jade,

I love the way you weren't afraid to admit that you found the Blue Grotto to be a scam, or that there were certain aspects that you weren't a big fan of. I don't know why you received the criticism you did. I, for one look forward to reports such as yours. Thanks very much for your report.
Sam.
Calif. USA

Jade, as a fellow Aussie living in America, I can warrant that there is quite often a misunderstanding of how things are "meant" when you say them. This is especially true in the written form!
I am enjoying reading your posts, and thank goodness that when I have travelled to Italy it has been in January, October, and am now planning for April. Can't stand those crowds!!!<BR
