Although I've not heard of the Four Aces rendition, I've heard of the one by Ole Blue Eyes - and it's not exactly one of his better songs.
I'll take a blind shot and go with The Four Aces (I'm going look around for a downloadable version - anybody knows where?).

Here is the info on the Four Aces version note that it hit #1 in 1954 while Sinatra's version made it to #4.

The Four Aces
Title song from the 1954 film "Three Coins in the Fountain" starring Clifton Webb,
Dorothy McGuire, Jean Peters, Rossano Brazzi, and Louis Jourdan
Words by Sammy Cahn, Music by Jule Styne
Peaked at # 1 in 1954
Frank Sinatra's competing version hit
#4

TRANSCRIBER'S NOTE: A different format is used here. I would say based on the responses, even most of the responders agree with me. Go back to the US forum where you'' fit right in with the questions about free mugs at Disney World and the cheapest buffet at Las Vegas!
NOW, you can call me rude!
And for a bit of trivia: Al Alberts was the lead singer for the Four Aces!
Speaking of the Trevi Fountain (the actual fountain, not the song) ...

When we visited it four years ago, it was lit up beautifully at night. This May, we were there on a Saturday night at 10:00 p.m. & alas, no lights. A policeman told us that they don't light it up anymore.

If true, this is a TREVI-sty!

Did we misunderstand him -- maybe it's just in Summer? Does anyone know?

Scurry, that's a good one--Trevi-isty! You get an award for that one.
And, flying again, how could I forget "timeshares"! How about starting a thread on dumb threads on the US forum?
Another one: "Where should I take my children in Las Vegas?"
Come to think of it, we could have an entire thread on dumb Las Vegas questions!

Hey! The coin deal works! My wife and I tossed one in Trevi in summer of 1971 and returned to do it again in summer of 1998.

This last time we also got to see a drunk kid in the middle of the water scooping up the coins that people were tossing at him. The cops just waited peacefully until the kid headed to shore and picked him and his money up.
You don't see that in the movies! Plus, in 1998 the fountain was clean and lighted at night.

Go Frank!
