Pleas help. How do I dial the following Trenitalia telephone number from the United States? (892021) I have tried 011 39 and their number, it doesn't go through.

(It looks to me... that) you need a city code. Isn't there one provided?

That number is for within Italy only.

Unfortunately, you cannot call Trenitalia unless you are calling from Itay.

They have an address posted to write to them, and the office is in Rome. Maybe if you dial Rome city code number the call will go through?

Also you can e-mail them in the "write to us" section.

According to a post I read on another board, Trenitalia has several regional customer service numbers. The one in Rome is 06-4730-6895. So from the US you would dial 011-39-06-4730-6895.
