Tren de Soller in Mallorca

Does anyone know if it is possible to book in advance a ticket for the Tren de Soller between Palma and Soller in Mallorca? I would like to travel on the 10:50 am train on a Saturday, which is supposed to be the only train that makes stops. Does anyone know how long that particular voyage takes?

Thank you.

go to www.trendesoller.com to see all the schedules and maps, etc.. seems like you have several on saturdays, plus some additonal trams ONLY on saturdays from soller ot the port, which is the tram line as continuation to the train.

i can't imagine tickets in advance are necessary unless you are a group.

I've been to the website, but the info is lacking. I've emailed them, and the mail always bounces back to me. They also don't seem to pick up the phone.

And from what I've read in guidebooks, it is only one train on Saturdays only that makes stops, the rest go straight on to Soller.
