For visas you need to go to the consulates of the respective countries and inquire there.

For Italy France and Spain, citizens of most developing countries need a Schengen visa: one common visa that allows a visit to any of 20 or so Western European countries.

The UK requires a separate visa.So for details of how to get access you need to contact one of the French, Italian or Spanish embassies in Singapore (you'll find if you need a visa, you're supposed to get it from the Spaniards) and the UK High Commission. Certainly as far as the UK is concerned, basic information will be at the Singapore UKHC website, and I assume there's a Spanish embassy site too.

In 17 days, you would be hard pressed to fit in all of those, unless you enjoy a holiday made up mostly of sitting around airports.

Agree with PatrickLondon. Those cities really aren't close to Spain or to each other, so you would be taking too much time traveling about.

Spain merits 17 days by itself. You could also visit one of London, Paris or Rome. I'd opt for Paris as it is closest and you can probably see the most there in the shortest time.

So I'd spend say three or four nites in Paris and the rest of the time in Spain--Sevilla and the south, Barcelona and Madrid.

Buon viaje.
