ahotpoet is right. I bought mine at Sharper image in a mesh bag, clipped a quick release lock (used in boating, etc) on it and attached it to my backpack. It felt better on the neck than the horseshoe pillows and was great for the 2nd pillow at night.

I have an inflatable neck pillow..I think it was a freebee a few yrs ago when I was in the front of the bus. I have tried the uninflatable kind but they are a hassle to carry around; the only plus being they probably can be used for a doorstop. I find a glass of wine and a cotton hoodie which I scruch up (I have this in my carry on) works as well as anything.

I love this pillow! I also bought the down pillow cover from restoration hardware to put over hard hotel pillows, but this is the best for the plane.

I bought the Rick Steve's pillow too. I will be putting it to use in a week or so. I tried it at home. At first I thought it felt odd because it doesn't wrap around the neck, but this is the good thing, you can wrap in any direction and it has the extra piece so you can rest your head sideways without getting a crick in your neck. It's infalttable and comes with a little pouch.
