I'm going to Athens and then to Santorini next week. I'm going by ferry from Athens to Fira. I'm planning to stay at Kamari Beach. My questions:
- When I get out of the ferry in Santorini, are there any buses nearby to Kamari?
- Do you know the price for a taxi ride from Fira to Kamari?
- Any recommendation for an hotel by the beach in Kamari? Not very expensive but nice.

During peak season there are direct buses from the port to Kamari, but by the time you arrive they will most likely not be operating any more this year. You'll need to take the port bus into Fira to catch the next bus to Kamari.

Use the filter system at http://www.booking.com to hunt for an affordable hotel with the services/amenities/facilites you require. Type "Kamari Beach" into the Destination box.

Nice that bus timetable neckervd; I'll keep it as I want to go to Fira and Oia from Kamari. Sorry to know there's no bus direct from the port to Kamari.
