Absolutely, the Tra-in buses are comfortable and economical, and have frequent service between Siena, Florence and San Gim.

I should add that the SITA bus company serves some of these routes too.

I took the bus from Siena to San Gimignano and had no problems. I'm not sure what time of year you are going. I went in October and took the first bus out in the morning. It was still dark out and watching the sun come up over the countryside during the busride was wonderful.

Hello Arn,

It takes about an hour. Some buses are direct, some require a change at Poggibonsi.

Steve
