Transportation between Normandy, St Tropez & Lavondou Bay

We will be traveling for the first time in France and will be staying at the following 3 places: La Cheneviere in Normandy, La Tartane in St Tropez, and Les Roches in Lavondou Bay. Any suggestions on how to get from one to the other? Also, any comments on these hotels?
Thank you so much for any help!

With those 3 locations you must have some idea of how you prefer to travel. Train? Air? Are you renting a car? Do you mean Lavandou?

The most straightforward way would be to take the TGV from Rouen to Toulon, then pick up a car and drive to Le Lavandou and then St.-Tropez (I assume you're going in that order, as Le Lavandou is closer). The drive from Le Lavandou to St-Tropez along the coast is beautiful but slow at times; however, it's worth it for the scenery. Les Roches is a deluxe hotel, and a friend who stayed there found it very, very nice.

Being a novice at traveling in France, I should have given more information. We are flying to Paris and then need to figure out how to get down to St Tropez and Lavandou Bay and then back up to Normandy.

Is train the best, should we rent a car? How safe is driving?
Thank you so much!!

You're going to need a car for the Le Lavandou area and probably for St-Tropez. Your best bet now would be to fly from Paris to Marseille, pick up a car there, and head for Le Lavandou. While you're in the area, be sure to visit the charming small town of Bormes-les-Mimosas, in the hills above Le Lavandou. When you return to Normandy you could take the TGV from Toulon to Rouen or wherever is nearest la Cheneviere.

We stayed at les Roches for 4 days in may. I would suggest you try to book at Le Baillie de Sufferin in Canadel Rayol, (excuse my spelling, I don't have my journal with me)We spent two nights there, and it is far superior to Les Roches. The room ,pool, and restaurant were much better. Cheers, Al
