Transfer from Heathrow to London Hotel
I would be grateful for recommendations about car transfer providers from Heathrow to London hotels.
I have read that Dot2Dot my soon cease trading and JustAirports, a car transfer service that seemed OK, has recently attracted negative comments.
I am arriving in the evening from Australia via HongKong so I'm quite keen to find a reliable car transfer service.
Thanks

I have booked Dot2Dot for our daughter who will also be arriving from Australia in 3 weeks. I emailed visitbritian.com.au and received a very curt reply that they know nothing about the company folding. I then emailed Dot2Dot directly and they confirmed that the company has changed hands. This is a quote from that email.
"When our company was operated by National Express, our limit on the shuttles was no more than 4 stops. But as we are no longer part of National Express, our service is changing slightly. It could be 5 stops. Our shuttles have 10 seats."
They have been very polite and answer emails quickly, usually within minutes. Maybe you could email them yourself and check it out. I ended up booking through visitbritian.com.au and paid $43AUD to get our daughter into her Central London hotel.
I shall report back when she, hopefully, arrives safely. You don't say when you are going so I hope this might be of some help.

For pity's sake. Perspective here. 2 or 3 bad comments vs. oh - maybe 150 good ones? Just Airports is one of the best car services for LJR/London transfers. Ray Skinner is very good too, though he does charge more than Justairports. No company is perfect - including the tube or trains in from LHR. There can be the odd glitch no matter how you decide to do it. justairports is both cheap and reliable.
I personally wouldn't take a shuttle that had multiple drop-offs because that could easily add 30 to 40 minutes to the journey.

We always use http://www.simplyairports.co.uk/ to get us to & from the airport, never had any problems with them. The free 45 minute wait has been of benefit more than once!
