What is the best way to get from London to Paris and then Paris to Amsterdam?

Well, you have the Eurostar train from London center to Paris center, then the Thalys train from Paris center to Amsterdam center...

Be aware that the Eurostar pricing runs like an airline - seats on the the most favorite trains cost more than on the less convenient ones. Also, the lowest [rice tickets are ususally sold out far in advance - and if you wait until the last minute the cost can be double or even more.

To get the cheapest fare (£39) on the Eurostar, book up to 120 days in advance. To get the cheapest fare (€35) on Thalys, book up to 90 days in advance.
