Probably Austerlitz - you can get info for specific dates/trains online at www.sncf.com

If you take a regional train, you will leave from Gare d'Austerlitz. If you take a combination of TGV and regional train, you will leave from Gare Montparnasse.
The best source for timetables for most of Europe is www.bahn.de, the German national rail site. (It's viewable in English.) It shows all connections and intermediate stops. Once you know what all your choices are, then go to the SNCF site to get prices and to book tickets. (It's also viewable in English.)

No, there is no direct TGV service. That's why I referred to a combination of TGV and regional train, starting from Gare Montparnassee, as shown on www.bahn.de. Personally, I would keep things simple and take a direct train from Gare d'Austerlitz.
