Left Bank Hotels

Has anyone stayed at the Bel Ami or K&K Hotel Cayre recently? any opinions on either one? I'm looking for a centrally located left bank hotel - walking distance to a lot of things or access to metro. thanx!

I have not, but have recently looked for left bank hotels, and know that both of your choices are hightly rated on tripadvisor. Good luck!

The Cayre is also peridically available on hotel discount sites, too.

I've not stayed in either but have had a drink in the Bel Ami and it is lovely. Though both are in St Germain des Pres area, the Bel Ami is on a much quieter street for sleeping and a bit closer to the Louvre, D'orsay , Notre dame , etc.
