Train from Granada to Ronda

I am planning a trip to Spain in October 2009. Can anyone tell me if there are any trains or buses that travel from Granada to Ronda. If so, can you please tell me where I can find more information on this and how long the journey would take.

The main line is Granada - Algeciras.
When you open www.renfe.es, on the left select date, origin (Granada) and destiny (Ronda), and there you are.

Here is the link to the Renfe rail timetable

This is a better option than the bus.
Have a look at my web sites -

They may interest you.
Enjoy your trip

Margeretmerry: If I read your link correctly, a bus leaves Granada at 7:15am and arrives into Ronda at 9:57am. The price for one way is 12.85 euro. Is that right?

I am new to reading and learning about using the Spanish Train website.....I tried to do a Granada to Ronda search myself, and cannot find the tab for Ronda?

How were you able to put in Ronda when they did not even give you that option?

Best!

There are three daily direct trains from Granada to Ronda, leaving at 0715, 1355 and 1720, taking around 2 hours 40 min. It's a regional train, no reservation, 2nd class only.

In case you switched to English from the main site renfe.es:

You choose Granada as origin from drop-down menu, put in your travel dates, but leave open the destination. If you then click on "search" a new window will pop up with all the possible destinations from Granada, including Ronda. And you will get the trains that Alec listed above.
