Train from Florence to Paris
I'd appreciate comments from anyone who has traveled by train from Florence to Paris. (I did it from Rome by myself years ago, but this time my wife and I are doing the trip). I know the night train apparently has a change at Milano. The other alternative is to train to Rome and get a cheap flight to Paris. Direct train seems simpler--if longer and complicated by sleeping accomod.
Thanks in advance!!!

There is a DIRECT night train that leaves Firenze Campo di Marte at 20:55 and arrives at Paris Bercy at 09:10. For timetables and fares, go here: www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html.

Thanks to all. to TimS: Looks like the Palatino solves the problem on the train front. All the trains I found previously changed at Milano! (on a different Trenitalia site (?)
Still going to check out easyjet from Pisa---NOTE Steve_James: do you know anything about Florence-Pisa train or other connections for flights. Thanks in Advance! Although those EasyJet weight limits are really "limiting"
