The right place to search for connection and to buy tickets online is www.bahn.de
Most direct route is by S-bahn to Mannheim then Intercity Express (ICE) to Duisburg, and then another to Amsterdam.

You can print out and buy tickets on the www.bahn.de site or just buy them at the station - no need to book ahead - so many trains.

I think not Duisburg. Using the Thomas Cook European Rail Timetable with the German Rail site I find these connections, on InterCity Express trains, with buffet cars, and high speeds from Frankfurt to Cologne.
Bad Schonborn-Kronau 1152, Mannheim 1229 to 1235, Frankfurt Airport 1306 to 1317, Amsterdam Central 1653
Bad Schonborn-Kronau 1352, Mannheim 1429 to 1435, Frankfurt Airport 1506 to 1517, Amsterdam Central 1853
Bad Schonborn-Kronau 1552, Mannheim 1629 to 1635, Frankfurt Airport 1706 to 1717, Amsterdam Central 2052
And in a sleeper, with a restaurant car for breakfast, Mannheim 0010, Amsterdam Central 0853. For a longer (but more expensive) night you can try Bad Schonborn-Kronau 1852, Mannheim 1930 to 1937, restaurant car, Basel Swiss Rail station 2147 to 2207, sleeper and restaurant car, Amsterdam 0853.

Those trains run on the same route from Frankfurt Airport to Cologne to Dusseldorf to Duisburg, so technically, one can switch at any of those stations.
But those are ICE with reserved seats, and if you buy the ticket as a whole itinerary from Bad Schonborn or Mannheim to Amsterdam, they have you switch trains in Duisburg.
