The Praha-Warszawa night train has sleepers and couchettes. The Krakow-Wien night train has sleepers all year and couchettes in summer.
You can check the details on www.bahn.de.

Thanks Ann, Geoff..........
on DB Bahn, I found return fare Ber-Drs for 49euro, all four of us,Quer-Durchs-Land-Ticket, is this only available on line,
or can we buy them at the station? it does take an hour longer than direct train.
I am told that we buy our train tickets for the entire trip in Berlin Station, that should save a lot of time, not buying them seperately, what is the down side of buying ahead?

If it's full fare tickets you are buying all at once in Berlin then i think you can use them on any train without formality - the downside with discounted train-specific tickets is obvious - you must take that train and no other.
The Lander tickets can be bought from machines in every German station IME and at ticket windows - to spend an hour longer for such savings to me is a no brainer.
