Tours in Munich

I am looking for some recommendations for tours in Munich - walking, biking, or bus. My husband and I will be spending 4 and a half days in Munich in July and we would like to take a tour or two during our visit to suppliment our own wanderings.

My husband and I went on both of the Original Munich walks (Discover Munich and Infamous Third Reich Sites) when we travelled there a few years back. They were great! Very informative and helped us get our bearings.

Munich is really doable on foot and easy to negotiate! Have a great time!

Second the Third Reich tours. I don't know if it was the same company as mentioned above, but, it was very interesting nonetheless.

Are you aware of the Bayern Pass, a rail pass that's unbelievably inexpensive, so you can take day-trips from Munich to places like Salzburg and Fussen?

You might want to Google Panorama Tours Munich to see what they have available.

Excellent. Thanks for the recommendations. Those tours sound terrific.

Our time in Munich is part of a larger trip - Nuremberg, Romantic Road, Fussen, Reutte Austria, and back to Munich - so we will probably stick pretty close to Munich during our 4 1/2 days. We will be taking a trip out to Dachau though.
