Is Topkapi Palace open for visitors on the weekends in February? Specifically on Feb 21 and 22. I understand that the usual schedule has the place closed on Tuesdays and there are additional times that the harem, but I am wondering if there is any unusual situation that might have it closed on Feb 21-22.

I enjoyed Istanbul for 6 days several years ago. I mixed up the closing day and was not able to visit on our last day there. I'd like to be SURE this time, but might have to buy the ticket before I know. However it turns out, I would love to visit Aya Sofia again.

Yes this dates are not holiday and Topkapý is definitly open on this dates but closed Tuesdays.
Treaury
and Harem are being charged extra be sure to include the treaury and buy your tickets before you enter into palace.
