To Delphi from Athens airport
Arrive at 12.15pm on a Saturday and have hotel booked in Delphi for two nights
Is there a bus to Delphi from airport or do I have to go into Athens and take a bus from a bus station in Athens
Hope for some advise
and thank anyone who can help

You have to go into Athens first. There are two main bus stations, the X93 bus going to Kifissos station is the one you need, BUT the Delphi bus goes from Liossion station, ask the driver to tell you when to get off.
The bus does not stop in, or right oitside, that bus station, see the directions at the top of this page,
http://www.athensguide.com/practical...schedulesB.htm
This bus will take you about an hour, the ticket is 6 euros, kiosk outside the airport terminal, validate the ticket inside the bus (date & time stamp)
At the bus station you will get a numbered seat on your ticket to Delphi, they are good air conditioned coaches with luggage storage underneath.

Not sure if that timetable has been updated, but here is the link to the official bus company site, unfortunately showing winter timetable at the moment,
http://www.ktel-fokidas.gr/en/routes
Click on the three bars at the BOTTOM of the page & you will get the timetables, obviously you will need to check nearer the time. If it is still the same you should be ok with that one provided there is delay with your flight.

Looking at the website for winter there is a bus
at 15:00 and 17:30
I called the KTEL Head office and they confirmed that the summer timetable will be the same as in winter with perhaps the addition of one more bus at 20:00, that will be decided at a much later stage.
