TIM or SIM Stores in Rome?

I purchased a Windstar card for my phone from a little mobile phone shop just off the Piazza Navona. I believe it was on the Via dei Gigli d'Oro, north of the Piazza by 2 blocks. They had a promotional CD with a Windstar card included for something like 9E. I took the card and threw away the CD. The owner was most helpful. BTW, I think there is also a TIM shop on the Via del Tritone. We passed it on the way to the Trevi Fountain and went in because I had not yet bought by sim card. The store was mobbed and they were handing out numbers for customers to wait in line for service. On the way in, a disgusted customer gave me his number because he was fed up with the wait. I didn't wait either and instead made my purchase later in the day from the little shop near the Piazza Navona.
