Tickets for tour of Pantheon Dome
Has anyone ever taken the special guided tour of the Pantheon dome that provides 360 degree views of Paris from a different angle than the Eiffel Tower? If so, did you need to book quite a bit in advance? I understand that they only allow 50 people on each of 6 tours daily and my granddaughters have read about it and want to go. Thanks for any help you can provide me?

I've done it twice. You just get your ticket once you are already inside after buying the first ticket. Each time I went, they were taking people up every 30 minutes. That's the longest I ever had to wait. There is an employee leading the way and another one bringing up the rear to make sure that nobody goes astray. There was sufficient time for anybody to catch their breath if necessary and also to take as many pictures as a person could possibly want.
