Ticketmaster equivalent in Italy?

I am topping this because I am interested in the answer as well.
Two years ago, I went online to see when Van Morrison would be in concert in the U.S. I was THRILLED to see that he was giving an outdoor concert at Warwick Castle in England on the very night we would be in the area.
This year we go to Rome. I'd like to see if lightning will strike twice, so to speak - i.e., I'd like to see if there will be a concert that I can't do without when we are there!

Hi Sera. Don't know about a Pickyourpocketmaster equivalent in Italy but, if you'd like to check out who's playing in cities, including cities in Europe, take a look at Pollstar:

In the "By" drop-down box, you can select by "Artist Itinerary", "City Schedule", or "Venue Schedule." Type the artist's name, the city, or venue in the "For" box.
If a city name has multiple locations (e.g. Rome, GA; Rome, NY; Rome, ITA), pick your specific city from a subsequent drop-down box.

I have gotten tickets in Rome and Florence through the following sites:
