Thermal spas in Padua, Italy
My husband and I and our two daughters, ages 16 and 11, will be in Northern Italy in March. I read about the thermal spas in Padua, Italy and wondering if anyone has been to one. Seems like they are all in hotels. After our stay in Venice, on the way to Verona, I thought this could be a fun stop. Are any of the spas open to the public and not just hotel guests? Thank you.

I don't think I've visited thermal spas in Padua but I've been to lots in Italy, none in hotels, most way out in the countryside. I don't think of "thermal spas" as being at hotels. Never been at one at a hotel, actually. Always in fairly remote towns in the hills of Umbria. Out in the country. Very remote and wonderful.

Yes, just to the south west of Padua there are three very odd tall hotels based on the old spa. I went years ago and then you just had to pay to use the spas, but now not so sure. I suggest you google the hotels and see what they say.
Would I bother, nah. But I might drive up the Euganian hills behind them to look down on the Venice plain if I had time
