The Last Supper

Could anyone give me directions from Via Medina in Milan (near the Piazza Municipo) to Santa Maria Delle Grazie to see The Last Supper?

We have reservations. I was interested in public transportation, but do not know if it is a walkable distance. We will be near the Piazza Municipo.

We were there a couple of years ago. There was a trolly stop right across the street.

Well, we just booked at the Hotel Cervo Milan on Piazza Principessa Clotilde. Do you know how far the museum is from there?
