Just before the running starts the participants sing: "A San Fermín pedimos, por ser nuestro patrón, nos guíe en el encierro, dándonos su bendición" which can be translated as something like "We beg San Fermín, as he's our Patron, to guide us through the encierro and give us his blessing".

Yes, Pamplona and Spain was/is a ton of fun!!! Capped by being in Madrid for the crazy World Cup Championship celebration, I guess I picked the right time to experience Espana!

Thanks for allowing me to share and I hope to soon post a picture link of my weekend in Spain.

mike_b12. I believe it was on channel 1 every morning at 8 o'clock. it is quite fun to start the day following the entire daily running. (P.S.I am in Spain) I imagine it is online also. Many of the festivities and major programs can be followed online.
