That's funny because I have been to the Taj Mahal in Agra.

I have also been to Farmacia Santa Maria Novella on Via Scala in Florence many times.

If you think I am flying over for a bar of soap, you are one daft chav.

I'm with pdx, it is not just the soap, but the whole experience. And as far as I'm concerned, any reason for taking a trip is good enough.
I'm guessing pdx wouldn't fly JUST for soap, but it is really nice to find something like that, you enjoy it and the memories it evokes.
So there.

I'm thinking of a new bumper sticker: I Fly For Soap.

I still have a small bar in it's creme colored celuloid box from years ago at the Hotel L'Abbaye when it was affordable.
Also have the small tray we were allowed to have.

I have beautiful soaps that I bought in a market in the south of France. When we got home I gave a couple away as gifts (one to my daughter, one to my mother). I have a couple left, but I know I will be sad when they are gone. PS. HB is banned from using them! They are mine, all mine!!

It's kind of late for a comeback, Thin, but that's 'chavette' to you.
Now that I've looked it up I can say that.
