Topping for Hello ([email protected])

A good example, as xx points out ... except there were 35 Titanic threads!

Thought I'd pop in to share my favorite Titanic movie story.

When the (leo version) movie first came out, my brother, his girlfriend, and her brother went to go see it. After it was over, they were all getting out of their seats, when the girfriend's brother (not MY brother, thank God), said: "Yeah, it was pretty good, but we learned about this in school so I already knew what was going to happen." And he said it LOUDLY, much to the amusement of the other moviegoers.

P.S. The theater, however, was ON LAND, so no one was unduly traumatized.

Oh come on you people - this is a clear cut case of personal injury. For crying out loud, Falcon was traumitized. Surely all that cocaine he and the Snowman (hence the iceberg connection) blew up their noses has led to the paranoid circumstances he is now suffering from. Coming from California and being in the insurance industry for over 25 years I can bring up numerous possibilities of potential litigation causes of action (yikes I sound like an attorney). It's a good thing no one spilled hot coffee on him while he was watching the movie!!

Foalcon,

Here are my 2 cents.

I'd say that the movie affected you so much and deeply because you were alone, and maybe not in the right mood to get a vacation on your own. Sometimes, we are just too sensitive, and anything can affect us.

People often think of traveling just to chase the problems away from their minds. In my view, this is a wrong strategy. We should travel when we're well, and able to enjoy the trip. It happened to me already, and in the middle of the trip, I decided to come home. No one to blame, just the wrong time and decision making.

People,

This is the best site intented for travel-minded people who end up discussing other than travelling issues!!
I just love it, and I tell you I really enjoy it !!

And I have a really intriquing question to ask:
The REAL TITANIC had a cinema (or theater?) on-board? And what was the performance/movie projected/played on the moment she met her fate?!

Greetings to all,

Niko DeAngelis

As luck would have it we didn't have shipboard movies back in 1912. If we did I wouldn't have heard the screams of this rich chick about to jump off the stern. Man did she change my life. Seriously though, we're all pretty happy down here, going to dress balls every night. But could you stop with those little submarines?

Amazingly I slept like a baby anyway, ESPECIALLY KNOWING I WAS ON A GREAT BIG CRUISE SHIP ON THE CARRIBEAN SEA!, Not the Atalantic Ocean.
