You don't need to pay a third party for a guided tour. A guided tour is included in your admission ticket. You can take the public bus from Prague there and back. Start at the minor fortress, then walk to the major fortress and town, then a bus back to Prague.

It is a very sobering experience, not to be missed IMO.
