Here is a list of sports centers that have tennis clubs:

It doesn't indicate which are members-only and which are available to the public. Also, some are very far from the center. Maybe you could look them up on Google Maps and make a short list of those you could easily reach, and then contact them individually.
I also found two private clubs that are fairly central. Both mention that they have reciprocal agreements, but I can't see them without an ID and password. You could perhaps contact them, after having checked the locations, mentioning any tennis clubs or societies you belong to.
This one is also a rowing club:

It's near the Via Flaminia, and you could reach it via a tram from Piazza del Popolo.
