Switzerland to Paris by Train for 25 Euros!
current SBB or Swiss Railways e-newlsetter (available at www.sbb.ch) says the following about 25 euro tickets to Paris:
<Between 15 and 28 September 2008, we will be offering over 100,000 seats on services to Paris at special low rates starting from just CHF 25*. Exclusive advance sales will begin on the Internet at midnight on 8 September.
*Single second-class journey by direct TGV-Lyria train from Switzerland to Paris or vice versa. Tickets are limited. No refunds or exchanges. The promotion is valid for journeys between 8 September and 10 October 2008 and between 26 October and 15 December 2008.>
If this is in your plans hop on them IMO

Hi Pal: Where did you find the offer? I looked at the website and only found:

I do that all the time since a few years now for Geneva - Paris and Geneva - Marseille but I buy through voyage-sncf.com. €25 is usually Prem's that you can print yourself. I have recently bought a few tickets "Picolissiomo" for €20 also for Geneva - Paris. You cannot print them. I had them sent to my home by post, free of charge.
If their promotion €25 is good for longer trips (e.g. new TGV line for Zurich - Basel to Paris l'Est), that would be great for those living around there.
