Who/how many are you? What are your interests? (Hiking? beaches? museums? architecture? fine food? wine tasting?) Weather preferences? (Swtiz mountains will be cool. southern Spain still very hot?)
You must have had some reason for picking these places. What is your major must see in each one?

Spain is a very diverse country when it comes to both landscapes and culture.
Here are intros to five very different higlights of Spain:
Majestic Madrid: http://www.esmadrid.com/en/madrid-top-10/
Medieval, modernistic and fun Barcelona by the Mediterranean: http://www.barcelonaturisme.com/wv3/en/
Sevilla, the undisputed queen of the cities in the South of Spain (Andalucia). Tons of Phoenician, Roman, Jewish, Christian, Moslem and Gitano history and culture hand in hand with modern life: http://www.andalucia.com/cities/sevilla.htm
About the region: http://www.andalucia.com/
San Sebastián, the food capital of Spain and some of the finest city beaches on the continent. Here they also speak a non-indo-european language (Euskera) that resembles nothing and which nobody knows where come from.: http://www.euskoguide.com/places-bas...stian-tourism/
Cáceres could take you hundreds of years back in time: http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/384

In Switzerland the highlight to me and many is the wondrous Jungfrau Region around Interlaken - sheer glacier-girdled Alpine peaks rising thousands of feet above lush meadows - cute mountain towns like Wengen or Grindelwald to stay in and drink it all up from your hotel balcony - the Switzerland pictured in many folks minds but which will only be fulfilled in a few places like this.
Trains are the best way to get around Switzerland, especially if going to Alps where cars are banned - toylike mountain climbing trains and thrilling aerial gondolas go off in all directions - walking paths for all degrees of effort, etc.

Try to hit some other area of Switzerland as well - like Lake Geneva - stay in cozy lakeside towns like Montreux or Vevery - take boat rides on the lake - see the famous Chateau Chillon near Montreux, etc. Take the Golden Pass scenic train between Interlaken and Montreux, etc.
Take a good look at Swiss passes or regional passes - an 8-consecutive-day Swiss Pass would cover nearly all trains, including the Golden Pass official train and lake boats, city trams and buses and gives free entry to 470+ Swiss museums - for lots of great info on Swiss trains and passes: www.swisstravelsystem.com; www.budgeteuropetravel.com and www.ricksteves.com.
fly from Spain to either Geneva or Zurich or spend all day on a train to do so.

A proposed Swiss intinerary:
Fly to Geneva - stay at Vevey or Montreux - two dreamy lakeside cities favorite of many here
2-3- Lake Geneva - lots of neat day trips here - like to Gruyers - perfect rampated medieval city and also cheese factory to tour - Broc Nestle Factory tour just a few miles away - do a Willie Wonkaesque tour but be careful!
Or lake boats to Evian-les-Bain France or Lausanne or Chateau Chillon
4- From Montreux take the famed Golden Pass scenic train to Interlaken and then change train to Grindelwald or Wengen or Lauterbrunnen - 3 favorite mountain villages eyeball to eyeball with high Alps.
5-6- Explore the area - take a train to the Jungfraujoch - Europe's highest rail station and a sea of perpetual snow and ice - walk to a glacier; or do a lake boat tour of either of the two lakes bookending Interlaken - Lake Brienz or Lake Thun - great days out with several stops of interest or do the famous and easy Ridge Walk from The Mannlichen to Kleine Scheidegg - a few mile fairly flat stroll that is probably the best known and popular in the area. Or go up to Murren and do a long thrilling cable car ride to The Schilthorn - a remote icy outpost in the middle of nowhere - James Bond On Her Majesty's Secret Service was in large part filmed here.
7-8 Take scenic Golden Pass train up and over the Brunig Pass to Lucerne - explore this lovely town and take a boat on arguably Switzerland's most gorgeous lake - the William Tell Express is a special tourist boat offering bands and meal en route to Fluelen - where you hop a train back to Lucerne. Or go up to the summit of Mt Rigi - boat to Vitznau then mountain train to top.
9- One hour by train to Zurich airport from Lucerne.
an 8-consecutive-day Swiss Pass would work sweet - pay the small fare on day 9 from Lucerne to Zurich.
Nearly all the transportation above is 100% covered by Swiss Pass or a heft discount if not (trains or cables to mountain tops).
