Our question for you, thorny, is:

How many days are you planning for Switzerland? Where will you enter and where do you go on from there? What would you like to see?

Now, if I could choose a route in Switzerland, I would choose:

Start in Zürich.
Go to Ascona
Go to Lugano
The Palm Express (Lugano to St. Moritz)
The Glacier Express (St. Moritz to Zermatt)
Zermatt to Montreux-Vevey (with leg to Gruyeres)
The Golden Pass (Montreux to Interlaken)
Go to Muerren, Schilthorn and Jungfrau
See Brienz and Ballenberg
Go to Luzern
Take a ferry ride on the Vierwaldstättersee
Go to Urnäsch und Appenzell using the Pre-Alpine Express
End trip back in Zürich

That would give you a nice overview of Switzerland.

I'm sorry but after stringing two or three of the OP's posts together something is beginning to smell fishy...perhaps I am over-reacting which has been known to happen, but....

Dukey, I asked the same question. She says she lives in Europe, is planning a trip to Calif and Colo and looking for a place to live in Italy. And can't post to exiting threads, only start new ones...
