Intersting photos. Lots of food.
I just uploaded a food picture I took last year in north America. Very exotic from my point of view.

Hi logos-
Yes my husband always takes alot of food pics. He likes to show my parents our entire vacation experience.
You should come to North Carolina next time. We'll fix you some good exotic Southern food.

You know what the green stuff under the fork is called? I know the Miracle Whip was for the fries (Québec), but should I've put the geen thing on the fries or on (in?) the burger. The taste was somewhat "neutral".

no answers as to what the green stuff was in your photo?
We are a month out from our vacation and missing the food like crazy. Especially the pastries.
How is the weather in Munich now?

Thanks for your report. I am really eager to go back to that part of the world. The pictures of jagerschnitzel had my mouth watering. Also loved the cat pics. I wanted my cat to see her German cousin, but she wasn't interested. Guess who stays home on the next trip?! (And she hasn't even tried traveling yet.
I am sorry but I got to laughing at your description of the trip to Munich airport. I could feel your frustration, but your description made it sound so funny that I couldn't help laughing.
Well I think I might head to the store and get some bratwourst for supper. You planted that idea in my mind.
Thanks!

Hi irish -
I can laugh about our trip to the airport now too! I am such a perfectionist planner that it really just threw me off when things didn't go the way they should have. But that's what travel adventures are all about.
Glad I was able to help with your dinner planning! As a matter of fact, last Friday we had a German feast. I made jaegerschnitzel, bratwurst, red cabbage, potato pancakes, pommes frites, tomatosalat, schwarzwalder kirschtorte and apple dumplings with vanilla ice cream! Yum!

swisschocolate,
I've no idea what it was. It added colour to the burger, so it looked nice(r). ;-) Munich weather is awful as usual 18C max and windy, however a nice change compared to India, which was hot (45C), sticky and full of poor people, beyond of what I was able to endure . Well, I'm still alive, that's good . Seeing so much poverty hurts. And there's no way to change a
thing.
